The overall objective of the project is to create conditions for the improvement of the socio - economic development of the municipality trough revision of strategic documents and their compliance with the hierarchically higher documents and strategies at the regional, national and European level. The expected results of the project are: Revised Development Strategy for the Municipality of Vrbas for the period 2014 - 2020, i.e. strategy which is complied with the hierarchically higher documents and strategies at the regional, national and European level, the draft of the Action Plan for the development of the Municipality by development priorities, and institutional preconditions for the development of the Municipality through the IPA pre-accession components within the new budget period 2014 - 2020.
The lead partner in the project is the Municipality of Vrbas, and a partner in the implementation of project activities is the Regional Development Agency Backa.
