Main Objective:
Creation of preconditions for social integration of marginalized social groups in the Municipality of Bač and the settlements of neighbouring municipalities through active inclusion in the labour market, improving their socio-economic position and quality of life.

Activities:
Project management, specialized workshops, trainings and mentoring activities to improve the employability of hard-to-employ groups, implementation of active employment policy measures and income generation as prerequisites for self-employment, as well as various promotional activities. The project is expected to result in the employment and self-employment of up to 30 people in the Municipality of Bač and the settlements of Tovariševo in the Municipality of Bačka Palanka and Deronje in the Municipality of Odžaci. All beneficiaries who will be supported through employment measures will undergo specialized training on the topic of realizing a business idea, sources of financing, running their own business and employment obligations, and the like. In addition, the project envisages the employment of ten new employees with well-known employers, as a support to employers for preserving the jobs of employees within the project that was implemented during 2019 and 2020. Along with all these activities, the Municipality of Bač and its partners will organize media and promotional activities in order to better promote the project and the planned support measures.
