In the framework of the project “Culinary recipe for a successful business”, Regional Development Agency Backa as the partner and ZDRAVO-ORGANIC - Association for a healthy environment and organic food from Selenca as the lead partner, trainings will be held for the preparation of traditional dishes that will be presented and tasted in the International business-professional symposium of organic production in Selenca from September 24th – 26th 2010. The plan is to train 30 young women from the local community for the preparation of traditional dishes as well as to make a brochure that will include traditional gourmet recipes.
